We Give You the Foundation
This 30-hour training equips clinical supervisors with the foundation, confidence, and clarity to meet the full range of supervisory responsibilities. You’ll learn how to structure supervision sessions effectively, address legal documentation, implement and uphold clinical boundaries, while navigating the nuances of ethical and legal complexities that arise in clinical practice.
This course also addresses how to guide supervisees through the most challenging clinical situations—including complex trauma, layered relational dynamics, and issues of transference and countertransference—while training solid assessment, containment, and integrative approaches throughout.

Then, We Take Supervision to the Next Level...

Current research is clear that a comprehensive and integrative approach is essential for better client outcomes, and is especially critical when supervising complex, trauma-based clinical work (and we agree!).
Therefore, you’ll learn the latest neuroscience on how the brain and nervous system change after life stressors and trauma—and how this deeply shapes case conceptualization and good treatment.

Through an integrative and wholistic body–brain framework, we’ll weave together principles of the Polyvagal Theory and Parts Work (Ego-State) foundations, and vital somatic techniques. Together, this powerful trio complements more traditional 'top-down' approaches such as talk and insight-based therapies, and CBT methods.

You’ll leave this training able to guide supervisees with comprehensive clinical assessment, powerful combinations of interventions, confidence with nuance, and deep skill. They'll learn to meet each client challenge with effective and achievable solutions.
